All items are brand new (unless otherwise stated), and we are committed to providing you with only items that we would be happy to receive ourselves. Payment
Here at Build Brix If no payment is received within 48 hours of the invoice being sent, the order is subject to cancellation.

Shipping
Build Brix ships to most countries and districts around the world!
After the package has been shipped, the seller is no longer responsible for damage that may be caused to the product(s) during shipment, and will only be replaced or refunded if the buyer purchased shipping insurance at checkout. 

All product(s) are shipped through Australia Post.
International shipments are shipped with the Australia post and will be invoiced within 24-36 hours after an order has been placed. Orders are packed and shipped within 24 hours on business days, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).


Item Condition and Quality
We strive to only sell the best pieces and minifigures in our store. All new items are directly from a brand new set or a Pick-A-Brick cup, then quickly sorted, and stored. Minifigures are quickly bagged, then stored. Each item is handled as little as possible. New items may have very small scratches or scuffs caused by the rubbing together of pieces while stored.
Used items come from a variety of sources, but are all considered to be in good condition unless otherwise noted on the item listing. Broken or damaged pieces will not be listed or sold.
New minfigures are shipped unassembled in individual bags so you can have the enjoyment of building them!


Returns
If the buyer is not satisfied with the product, the buyer pays return shipping and a 20% restocking fee is charged. The remaining balance will be refunded. If the product was damaged during shipping, and the buyer purchased insurance, any damaged pieces will be replaced or a refund will be issued.
If no insurance coverage is purchased, the buyer is responsible for replacing damaged pieces.
